After seeing this meme float around the DOC (and especially after seeing Stephen participate, because I believe Stephen is a great example to follow), I decided it would make for a fun and light Friday post. (Much better than downer rantings about scary low blood sugars.) But then, Friday got away from me and no post got posted. So Fours For Friday has become the much less fun title of Fours
